Aerobic fermentation is the core part of organic fertiliser production process. As a professional manufacturer of high-temperature aerobic fermentation tanks, we know that it is important to understand the key factors affecting the fermentation efficiency, which can help our customers to improve the efficiency and quality of organic fertiliser production.
Aerobic fermentation process is subject to a number of factors, mainly including: – Temperature.
Temperature: Fermentation needs to be carried out in the optimal temperature range of 55-65 degrees Celsius to ensure that harmful microorganisms are effectively killed and organic matter is decomposed thoroughly.
Ventilation: Adequate oxygen supply is conducive to the growth of aerobic bacteria and promotes the rapid decomposition of organic matter. Poor ventilation will cause anaerobic environment, reducing the fermentation efficiency.
Moisture content: too high moisture will cause the fermentation material slurry, aeration is blocked; too low is prone to drying, microbial activity decline. Appropriate moisture is beneficial to the metabolism of fermentation microorganisms.
C/N ratio: carbon and nitrogen ratio of 20:1-30:1 is ideal, which is conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms and promotes the rapid decomposition of organic matter.
pH value: neutral alkaline pH is favourable for aerobic bacterial reproduction, and it is more suitable to keep the pH of fermentation material at 7-8.
Precise control of fermentation parameters to achieve efficient and stable production
Precise temperature control: Unique heating system and intelligent temperature monitoring ensure that the fermentation process is kept in the optimal temperature range.
Dynamic Ventilation: Intelligent air supply system automatically adjusts according to real-time demand to maintain sufficient oxygen supply to the material layer.
Moisture regulation: The integrated moisture monitoring and spraying system regulates the moisture content of the fermentation material in real time.
Raw material proportioning: Professional dosing system scientifically proportions carbon and nitrogen elements to ensure that the C/N ratio of the fermentation material reaches the optimal level.
pH monitoring: Precise pH monitoring system monitors the whole process of fermentation material acidity and alkalinity to ensure the best fermentation environment.
